Version 1.8.0 (released 11/27/2017)
Here are some of the highlights of recent releases:
- Masthead, Site Navigation, and Stepper components, including a Navigation UX Pattern.
- Improvements to component accessibility for people with disabilities.
- Brought Morningstar Base Charts into MDS, including resources to help you choose a chart.
- Built component explorers for Base Charts and Buttons. Play around, then export your code.
- Broadened process and component documentation.
What’s Next?
In addition to coordinating and supporting adoption and continuing to maintain and extend existing library items, the MDS team will deliver new features by the end of 2017, including:
- Navigation components, responsive page layouts.
- Continued documentation of Morningstar Base Charts, including Geographical Map and Market Barometer.
- Alerts and Notification components to provide feedback for success, errors, warnings, and information.
