Here are some of the highlights of recent releases:
- Enhanced the design of Links.
- Added new components and documentation:
- Fortified color, typography, and other visual language features.
- Added iconography from the Morningstar Symbols font.
- Added a Search UX Pattern.
- Added examples and guidelines of how to compose Forms.
What’s Next?
In addition to coordinating and supporting adoption and continuing to maintain and extend existing library items, the MDS team is actively working on:
- Concepts to offer Javascript-based components usable across front end frameworks.
- New features such as Long Form Text and Search Results.
- Expanding examples and guidelines of how to compose MDS components together.
- Deepening and expanding the testing suites for Charts.
